Each week she relies on Manna/Meir Panim for basic groceries, but with Passover approaching, she worries how she’ll give her two sons a meaningful Seder. Despite everything, she dreams of a night filled with dignity, tradition, and hope. Winter in Israel is especially hard for elderly men and women living alone.Many are Holocaust survivors. Many live in homes never built for cold weather. Most survive on state pensions of about £450 a month.When winter comes, heat becomes a luxury they cannot afford.Your gift helps change that. From December through February, your support provides heaters, warm blankets, and hot meals that bring real comfort during the coldest months.£18 helps provide warm blankets and hot Shabbat meals.£45 helps provide both a heater and blankets.
