Golf Day raises £20,000 for charities

The 16th Annual Asher Teper Golf Day organised by the Hebrew Order of David UK was held at Hartsbourne Country Club on 8th July with 88 players taking part. The Day was a huge success with £20,000 raised for the beneficiary charities, Manna UK, Camp Simcha and The Malki Foundation. The Day Convenor, Michael Foreman said ” Despite COVID, we defied the odds and pulled off our most successful Golf Day to date. We are delighted that we have been able to help the charities who have gone through such a torrid 18 months. We are sure that much needed funds we have raised will go a long way to assist the people that these amazing charities help every day.” The winning team consisted of Brian Green, Howard Presky, Richard Layton & Stephen Fisher.

The Hebrew Order of David is an International Jewish organisation which provides members with the opportunity to get involved in meaningful charitable and community projects. One of these opportunities is the Asher Teper Memorial Golf Day in memory of the Late Asher Teper. In 16 years over £300,000 has been raised for charity through this amazing day!
